Changes

• The mods directory has changed. Your mods, Workshop's save data, and everything else is now bundled with the Workshop installation folder. Upon starting this version for the first time, your files will automatically be copied over to the new directory. Afterwards, you may manually delete the PartyProjectWorkshop folder in %appdata%.
• .ppb files are now cached to the newest version, so subsequent builds are now way faster!
• Quick Test has been fixed and should be accessible again.
• Other bugfixes and improvements.
